The submission should be accompanied by a cover page showing the author's name and address for correspondence (including email), and any acknowledgements. Therefore, all information revealing the author's identity will be removed before we send the paper to the referees.

Abstract: A short abstract (200-300 words maximum) should open the paper. The purposes of an abstract are:
(a)   to give a clear indication of the objective, scope, and results of the paper so that readers may determine whether the full text will be of particular interest to them;
(b)  to provide key words and phrases for indexing, abstracting, and retrieval purposes.

The abstract should not attempt to condense the whole subject matter into a few words for quick reading.
The final decision on publication is made by the Editor-in-Chief upon recommendation of an Associate Editor. If the manuscript is accepted for publication in IJCSR, it must not be published in any periodical elsewhere without the permission of the editorial board.

 KEYWORDS: Immediately after the abstract, provide a maximum of 6 keywords, using American spelling and avoiding general and plural terms and multiple concepts. Be sparing with abbreviations: only abbreviations firmly established in the field may be eligible. These keywords will be used for indexing purposes.

 INTRODUCTION: State the objectives of the work and provide an adequate background, avoiding a detailed literature survey or a summary of the results.

Article Types
Three types of manuscripts may be submitted
Regular articles: These should describe new and carefully confirmed findings, and experimental procedures should be given in sufficient detail for others to verify the work. The length of a full paper should be the minimum required to describe and interpret the work clearly.
Short Communications: A Short Communication is suitable for recording the results of complete small investigations or giving details of new models or hypotheses, innovative methods, techniques or apparatus. The style of main sections need not conform to that of full-length papers. Short communications are 2 to 4 printed pages (about 6 to 12 manuscript pages) in length.
Reviews: Reviews covering topics of current interest are welcome. They should be concise and no longer than 4-6 printed pages (about 12 to 18 manuscript pages).

Submission of a manuscript implies: that the work described has not been published before (except in the form of an abstract or as part of a published lecture, or thesis), that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere. The copyright to articles and figures published in this journal is reserved.  In this regard, you need to fill up and sign a copyright form which will be sent to you on your consent to send us the articles. When the manuscript is accepted for publication, the authors agree to automatic transfer of the copyright to the publisher.

Review Process
All manuscripts are reviewed by an editor and members of the Editorial Board or qualified outside reviewers. Decisions will be made as early as possible, and the journal strives to return reviewers' comments to authors within 2 weeks. The editorial board will re-review manuscripts that are accepted pending revision and publishes within 4 weeks after submission.

Publication Cost: Authors of accepted papers are requested to arrange manuscript handling charge of their papers at the rate of US$150 per manuscript (Rs.3000 per manuscript for Indian Authors),  Publication of an article in the IJCSR is not contingent upon the author's ability to pay the charges.

Frequency of Publication:  Six issues in a year.
